Class 1 – Best Diorama – 16 and over. Farm/Construction Diorama FREE ENTRY
Class 2 – Best Under 16’s – Farm/Construction Diorama built by an under 16year old on the day of the show (A prize will also be awarded to the best under 9 year old) FREE ENTRY.
Class 3 – 2X2 – A Diorama with a maximum size of 2ft x 2ft, any theme but must include a Britians vehicle of any scale FREE ENTRY.
RULES • Entry is FREE but a deposit is required of £5 (this is to ensure we do not have no shows on the day). Your deposit will be returned to you after the prize giving presentation. EXTRA TABLES AT £4.00 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ONLY YOUR £5.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ON THE DAY.
• Each entry is FREE and will include 1 x 6ft x 2ft table (or space if specified) if you require more tables we can supply them for £4 and this must be included on your booking form.
• Entries to be set up by 9.45am on show day and ready for judging.
• No selling of models on your display • Judges decision is final
PRIZES – Rosettes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class with spot prizes kindly awarded by Britains Toys. The ‘Warner Hall’ Trophy will be awarded to the best in show and a trophy will be awarded to the best Newcomer (new to West WoodlandsShowground). The Udimore Tractor Shop Trophy will be presented by Barry Stunt for the best Scratch built model on any display.
